STIR FRY RICE WITH SPRING ONION AND BROCCOLI

- Rice - preferrably basmati rice 1 cup or if you have left over rice that can also be used
- Garlic minced 5 cloves
- 1 small onion
- salt to taste
- black pepper
- Spring onion greens
- Blanched broccoli
Recipe
- Boil rice and when about 80 percent done strain the water and let the rice dry completely. Let it cool
- Once cooled brush some oil on the rice
- Take a pan, add a spoon of oil , put in garlic, let it turn light brown, add onion. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Once done add the blanched broccoli.
- Then add in the cooked rice, salt, and cook on high flame, Once cooked for 3 to 4 minutes add spring onion and black pepper, mix well and serve with 💜
This makes a good rice dish as is or even with some veg or non veg curry.
